Sn Project Manager
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

•	Basic project management functionality which includes: Client relations, Time management, Developing project budgets, Reporting, Project documentation (e.g. Scope of work, project closure report, WIP report, contact reports, etc)
•	Timely response to parties involve in the project.
	Conceptualize client痴 requirements to actual system implementation.
•	Provide consultation to clients in terms of cost effectiveness & best practices of project implementation.
•	Coordinate efforts of group/team so that the required work is completed on time and of high quality.
•	Place a premium on communication and organizational skills.
•	He/she must keep in close contact with the team members to ensure that they are on track on their tasks.
•	Act as the chief problem solver; team members should forward problems to the Project Manager so that he/she can brainstorm or consult relevant party to implement solutions.
•	QA completed work base on overall business logic, branding & client痴 preferences.

Job Requirements:

•	Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Advertising or IT related qualification.
•	At least 1-3 years project management experience in an Advertising, IT or Interactive Environment and possess own transportation.
•	Excellent communication, presentation and management skills.
•	Creative, self-starter with a passion for excellence in client service.
•	Good interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
•	Understanding of and proficiency with Internet technologies and applications would be a plus.
•	Required language: English.

Software Engineer (Java, J2EE)
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

•	Design architecture of system and its modules/components.
•	Development of systems and its respective modules/components.
•	Ensure timely delivery of assigned work.
•	Experience in system security and cryptography is not an absolute requirement but would be an added advantage.
•	Hands-on experience in integration with financial institution’s backend system and in-depth knowledge of their processes would be an added advantage.

1 Junior Java Engineer (fresh – 3 years)

•	Candidates must have at least a Degree, Post Graduate, Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
•	Strong knowledge in Java (J2SE, J2EE), with deep understanding of OOP concepts and aware of design patterns.
•	Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance and able to meet tight deadlines.
•	Must have good communication skills both verbally and in written form and able to work as a member of a team.

Senior Creative & Multimedia Web Designer
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

•	Design electronic and printed materials, and/or illustrations including web development, email templates, flash development, and other media as appropriate for a variety of clients.
•	Conceptualize, design, and produce materials for web design such as mock development, HTML slicing (generating images to HTML format) and multimedia (flash development)Create unique, innovative ideas and come up with creative or art direction to suit clients’ needs.
•	Create and design prototypes or mockups based on wire frames & sitemaps.
•	Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of users and support staff.

Job Requirements:
•	Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Art & Design, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
•	Expertise in current Internet standards, including Web browsers and browser specifications. Remain current on the graphics and web development communities including new HTML tags, browser specifications, graphic utilities and programs, etc.
•	Experience with two or more web/desktop publishing/imaging/multimedia applications:
	• Photo Editing (Adobe Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, Fireworks)
	• Drawing (Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand, Corel Draw)
	• Web Layout (Macromedia Dreamweaver)
	• Multimedia Presentation (Macromedia Flash, Director, MS PowerPoint, streaming audio and video)
•	Basic knowledge and understanding of audio and video editing using a/v editors such as Adobe Premier, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Vegas Video, etc.
•	Knowledge of one or more current web markup or scripting languages: HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript.
•	Able to work independently and also a team player.
•	Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
•	Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Business Development Manager
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

•	Develop new business and business opportunities for the company.
•	Take the lead in closing sales.
•	Conceptualize and write proposals for the new businesses.
•	Assist the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in developing new marketing activities to support the solutions division.
•	Assist CEO (if necessary) in regional business expansion and appointment of channel partners (local & overseas).
•	Identifies, evaluates, approach and secure new potential clients for NETINFINIUM solutions on an on-going basis through industry/community networking.
•	Prepares marketing materials, as and when needed, in a timely, accurate, concise, and objective manner.
•	Interacts and builds professional and collaborative relationships with all channel partners. Maintain open and frequent communication with channels

Job Requirements:

•	Degree in Business Admin, Marketing Or IT related qualification.
•	3-6 years Sales & Marketing experience in an IT environment.
•	Experience in Selling Software Solutions is critical.
•	Good written and spoken English.
•	Ability to lead, delegate and execute Business Development Functions.
•	Organizational sensitivity combined with the ability to influence people to achieve results.
•	Excellent communication, presentation and management skills.
•	Possess own transportation.
•	Have exposure in the Banking or Insurance or Securities or Telco Industry is an added advantage.
•	Having prior experience in software programming or hardware is advantageous.
•	Contract positions available.
